AIRCE, Africa Innovation & Research Centre, is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO Reg: NGO-4KUEMRR) dedicated to empowering community transformation through research, policy and innovation.

AIRCE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Membership in AIRCE is subject to application and approval. By applying for membership, you agree to:

Membership may be revoked for violations of these terms or the organization's policies.

• Abide by AIRCE's constitution, bylaws, and code of conduct
• Pay applicable membership fees as determined by the organization
• Participate constructively in the organization's activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of internal organizational information

Donations and payments made through our platform are processed securely. By making a financial contribution, you acknowledge that:

• All donations are voluntary and made with the intent to support AIRCE's mission
• Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time through your account settings
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (M-Pesa, bank transfer) subject to their own terms
• AIRCE will issue receipts for donations where applicable
• Refunds for donations are processed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

AIRCE hosts events that may require registration or ticket purchase. Event attendees agree to:

AIRCE reserves the right to modify event details, reschedule, or cancel events with reasonable notice.

• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with event-specific rules, codes of conduct, and safety guidelines
• Accept that events may be photographed or recorded for organizational use
• Understand that ticket refund policies are specified per event and may vary

All content on the AIRCE platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, research publications, reports, and software, is the property of AIRCE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Research publications may be shared for non-commercial, educational purposes with proper attribution to AIRCE.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission
• Use AIRCE's branding, logo, or name for unauthorized purposes
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform

AIRCE provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AIRCE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose
• AIRCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• AIRCE is not responsible for content posted by third parties or linked external websites

AIRCE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
