Each special initiative is purpose-built with clear theory of change, measurable outcomes, and built-in mechanisms for learning and course-correction.
We convene the right partners, governments, civil society, academics, and communities, ensuring initiatives are grounded in local realities and amplified by collective action.
Successful pilots are designed for handover or scale. We document lessons, share models openly, and transition effective approaches into permanent AIRCE programming.
